Robert grew up in Lebanon and Ghana and migrated to Australia in the early 70s. He is a talented cook with a love of food, wine and entertaining. His passion is preparing the traditional and unique recipes passed down through his family and influenced by the locations he grew up in. He is a designer and has photographed and styled his recipes himself.
