        Cornucopia Books/Caique Publishing

        Cornucopia BooksCaique Publishing Ltd, Edinburgh, is founding publisher of Cornucopia Magazine, the acclaimed biannual magazine for connoisseurs of Turkey, launched in 1991. It began publishing books on the Turkish world in 2011, with John Henry Haynes, A Photographer and Archaeologist in the Ottoman Empire 1881–1900, by Robert G Ousterhout, now reissued in a second edition with new unpublished photographs in 2016. A series of new titles are being planned for 2016–2017, ranging from John Freely’s memoirs, Istanbul Ghosts, to David Barchard’s portraits of historical figures of the 19th century, Ottoman Lives. Besides books on Turkish culture, Caique has also produced a series of beautifully illustrated books on important historic country houses in England and Scotland and their works of art.
