Historic New England

Historic New England
Historic New England is the oldest and largest regional heritage organization in the United States. It owns and operates more than three dozen historic sites spanning four centuries of architectural styles, protects nearly 1,300 acres, and presents archival material and objects to engage audiences and share New England’s stories.

Historic New England’s publication program focuses on the region’s decorative arts and architecture. Using the organization’s extensive archival and object collections, these well-researched, beautifully designed and illustrated books enrich and expand knowledge of New England. Everything for the Garden, the latest publication, presents historical information in a lively visual fashion that appeals to anyone interested in gardening.
